Absolutely awful company. Communication was terrible, I wasn’t contacted about when the car would be shipped until the day before, at all, even though I called multiple times. Then, the morning my car was to be shipped, the driver got in a wreck and could not pick up my car. We were flying out the next morning early, and no matter what Pride car shipping was not able to get us pickup on our last day here, completely screwing us over. We also had to pay $700 extra to fix their screwup, because even with the replacement shipping (which we could not be there for!!!!), it was a much higher price. We paid HUNDREDS extra for THEIR mistakes, and were left scrambling during an interstate move. Do not use this company under ANY circumstances!!!

I had never had a car moved across country but when our Daughter decided it was time for a change of scenery, we just didn't feel safe allowing her to drive 3500 miles from WA to FL. I had no idea what to expect when I clicked on Pride Car Shipping but when Olivia Williams began explaining to me in detail what was to be expected I couldn't have been more relieved, it sounded so easy and it was. Olivia was very professional, informative and kept in contact with me daily on what progress she was having locating a Carrier for our car. We were also very pleased with the quote to move the car that distance, very reasonable for the amount of leg work Olivia had to do for us. When the carrier was booked, they picked up the car next day and delivered it 4 days later 3500 miles away. Service Satisfaction is an understatement. Chevy 2500 from CA to VA in four days! I give Pride Car Shipping 10/10! Pride Car Shipping was able to transport my diesel truck from CA to VA, over 2400 miles in four days, for a very reasonable price. I could not have been happier with their service! Blaze helped me along the way. His response time to my emails was within minutes and answered every phone call right away. The process was easy and hands-free. I will definitely use them in the future for all my transport needs. FIVE STARS FOR ME!!

I'm huge on customer service and Olivia went above and beyond to help me through my first vehicle transport ever. It was a smooth process and I received my vehicles faster and more cost efficient than I expected. . I was able to be in contact with the driver from the moment they took the contract and they were extremely friendly and kept me updated on every step of the way. I have used Pride Car Shipping two different occasions within a week and it doesn't matter if it is 5 states away or in the same state Pride Car Shipping is the one I will use from now on. We had an exceptionally wonderful and pleasant experience transporting our vehicle from Denver, CO to Carlsbad, CA using Pride Car Shipping. Taylor White was very pleasant, honest, response and efficient to work with. She went above and beyond to find a transporter to ensure our vehicle was picked up on a specific day, with a minimal increase in price. The transporter and the driver she found were equally good. I highly recommend Pride Car Shipping and Taylor to anyone wanting to transport their vehicle(s).

I had a need to move a vehicle quickly. I received a call from Alex he was professional and he took my information and said he would get back to me with prices prices and time frames. Sooner than I expected he called me with multiple options and really the option that I needed which was a quick pick up a fast delivery at a reasonable price. Not only was it reasonable it was the best price that I've received from anyone else.

Coincidentally Coincidentally the following week I needed to ship another vehicle so I went back to Alex. Not only did I get the same customer service great pick up time frames and frames and best price. So basically what I'm saying is it wasn't a fluke. This is how they operate and I will use them again

Thank you Tiffany Williams and Pride Car Shipping. I needed to ship a 2021 Ford Mustang from New Jersey to South Carolina. I received a quote promptly and when an issue arose with the chosen carrier/transport, Tiffany Williams contacted me immediatly and helped to resolve the issue. This broker truly cared enough to make sure I was taken care of and found me another carrier/transport that could pick up my vehicle a day earlier than expected and get it to me. My driver was great, he unloaded and made sure there were no issues with my car. Then, not 30 minutes after the delivery, Tiffany contacted me to make sure everything went smoothly. It actually shocked me that she cared enough to make sure my car arrived without any other issues. Truly, if you are concerned about transpoting a vehicle, let Tiffany Williams and Pride Car Shipping take care of your needs.

HORRIBLE customer service. We booked a couple of weeks ago to have our car shipped on July 25, for a contracted price of $850, as we are leaving to move across the country on July 26. The morning it’s supposed to be picked up, we wake up to a text that the driver they had booked has Covid and can’t pick up the car, but they’ll search for a replacement. Fine.

A few hours later we get a text that they could outsource the shipment and it would be DOUBLE what the price was in the contract - $1,600. We said absolutely not, they need to cover the difference. After speaking with management they offered to cover $200 of the difference. Not acceptable. We understand the driver getting Covid isn’t their fault, but it’s also not our problem. If you contract for a service, you expect the service to be performed or an appropriate backup to be found. This felt entirely like a bait-and-switch situation.

Now we are having to drive two cars across the country because they could not uphold their end of the contract. Everybody we spoke with was useless, but I guess we should’ve know what to expect when they couldn’t even figure out how to send us a payment link.

I’m honestly not sure how they have good reviews, but I would recommend using ANYONE ELSE you possibly can find. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. Thank you Pride Car Shipping for making an already stressful time even worse

We found ourselves stuck over Labor Day weekend and needed to ship our car over 2,000 miles away. We were treated HORRIBLY by not one, but TWO other car brokers! Hayley H. at Pride was just the opposite! She knew we were in a jam. She was kind, understanding, a great communicator and did NOT take advantage of us price wise! She found a driver, was able to get the car out by the date we needed, (which was NOT easy to do!), and kept in contact with me the entire time! I will definitely use Pride and find Hayley again next time I need these services and recommend anyone who needs to ship a car do the same! Thanks again for saving us! Our car was delivered in the same immaculate condition we shipped it in!

I was looking to ship my car a long distance. After speaking and reviewing roughly 8 different ccompanies,I found Olivia at Pride Car Shipping. She gave me a competitive price quote and I ended using her service to move the car. Price stayed the same and the move was great. There were couple times where the pick up got cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, Olivia was there to help to locate another driver after one day pickup delay. I am very happy to have found Olivia and the company she works for and will contact her or refer her servive to anyone.
