Olivia was great! She worked really hard to find me a delivery driver for the time I needed it and kept me informed on everything. The drivers were great, and they also kept me updated on arrival time and day. Florida-NY I would definitely use her again if I buy out of state again. it’s really hard picking a company when you really don’t know who is legit and who isn’t.

Scammers

This company told me they had someone to pick up my vehicle, but like other posters here the "driver" texted me he was in an accident and wouldn't be able to pick up the vehicle. They then started calling me demanding substantially more to ship the vehicle. Avoid this company, as they do not honor their commitments and seek to charge customers substantially more than the agreed-upon price.

Great Job

After doing some research, I contacted Pride about shipping my inoperable car from North Carolina to Mississippi. My contact person was Olivia and she did an outstanding job! Not only was my car picked up in the timeframe that was determined, but it was delivered the next day! And the transaction was done at the quoted price. I would definitely contact Pride in the future. Thanks Olivia!

Both the dispatcher, Julia, and the driver, Zeff, were kind and polite and extremely respectful. Thank you for making this experience so easy. I contacted them on Friday and the car was picked up on Saturday. They delivered it two thirds of the way across the country in two days.

Contracted Drivers Will Cancel

Olivia was the best. I had a last minute cancellation from one of the drivers who was going to ship my car. Olivia got right into finding me a replacement in a very short amount of time. The only thing I disliked was that the quote came out $500 higher than what I was originally quoted for a few weeks prior. The new driver she found delivered my car in 3 days, and it was a cross country delivery! Thank you so much.
